SHIPPING POLICY

All our cushion inners are made to order just for you. Our aim is to have your items made and dispatched within 1-2 working days from receiving your order. Delivery can take between 3-7 working days. If you have not received your order after delivery time shown above, please contact us at info@harryjohn.co.uk 

All items are sent via tracked courier service and may require a signature.

You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched (please check junk mail)

Your order will be delivered to the address supplied at checkout so please make sure this is correct before confirming.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the wrong details being supplied.

Delivery times given are approximate. Shipping prices are for UK mainland only, delivery cost varies depending on order size, this will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

All returns must be posted with 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If the item you are wanting to return meets these requirements please contact us at info@harryjohn.co.uk.

Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges if you have chosen the wrong size. However, we will cover the shipping cost if the item is damaged or marked.

After the item has been returned and we have inspected the condition, we will process your refund or sent out your exchange. Please allow up to 2 working days for your refund to process.
